Castellanos Ruiz is a member of Huexca en Resistencia and the Permanent Assembly of the People of Morelos , which have opposed the thermoelectric plant for years. The Chief Executive has boasted, throughout his three campaigns until the Presidency of Mexico, that he has toured the entire country. After tracking those places that registered social conflicts with companies or megaprojects, EL UNIVERSAL looked for which López Obrador-candidate had made a promise and to what extent López Obrador-president fulfilled his commitments.
